Basically aeronautical involve activity of designing, developing and constructing of machine planes that can fly, as commonly known by aircraft.
The aeronautical engineers are primarily responsible for creation of safer and more energy efficient economical methods for travelling including aircraft, helicopters, satellites, missiles and spacecrafts. These includes science of propulsion and aerodynamics, even it covers the development and selection of materials and equipment that are utilized in aircraft.

Mechatronics is a design process that includes a combination of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering, control engineering, computer engineering, robotics, product design and manufacturing, in order to improve and /or optimize the products functionality.
Mechatronics is a new, interdisciplinary field involving synergistic combination of precision mechanical engineering, electronic control and systems thinking in the design of products and manufacturing processes, that is to say, it rejects splitting engineering into separate disciplines
Civil Engg. is a professional engineering discipline that deals with design, construction and maintenance of physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, buildings etc. Civil engg. is the second oldest engineering discipline after military engineering and defined to distinguish non-military engg. from military engineering. It is traditionally broken into several sub-disciplines including architectural engg. geotechnical engg., geophysics, geodesy, structural engg., water resources engg., offshore engg., surveying, construction engineering etc.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
When we are in the airport, a lot of times we can see the pilots and cabin crew walking by us and begin admiring their glamourous vocation on board the aircraft, but do we know who is the one responsible for the maintenance aspect of the aircraft that they working on? That man is Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, he is the one responsible to make sure that an aircraft is safe to fly, to carry passengers or cargo's from one point to other point.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Programme is a 3 years course divided into 6 Semester. Initial 5 Semester consist of theoretical & practical training and last or 6th Semester consist of only practical on-job-training. Our three years training programme enables students to appear in the paper 1, 2 and 3 of the DGCA exam and acquire BAMEC license.
School of Aeronautics is running aviation related courses since last 23yrs, with an average placement rate of approx 80 to 85%. Its students are working in approximately 200 plus companies. A detailed list of students who have been placed during last academic year.is available.
In order to increase placement rate of students, we concentrate on skill and personality developement of students. Various projects are given to students during their course in all semesters. We give them vast practical exposure in our very well developed, highly sophisticated laboratories.
